Wind Chill when we left the house this morning. We walked by Holiday Hills Lake and then headed to the Field Of Honor at the Garrospm Park. Once we reached their we visited each flag , read each name and their service out loud and thanked each one for their service and saluted. This took a few hours. We got to visit with several veterans who came by . We then headed towards town and walked by the Military Memorial Museum and made a stop in at the Veterans Memorial Park. We found a painted rock , took some photo’s and then headed back towards the house. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero. We had 229 honks. It was amazing. I also want to thank Army PV2 Joshua Dommes for helping me honor this hero.
