I was doing a walk for a Veteran Friend of mine who had passed away and he was playing taps as I was walking into the cemetery. I was lucky enough to gotten a photo with him that day. Over the next few years I would meet him while I was out walking with a Fallen Veteran. He would always stop to see who I was walking with. He was a very special man.

We headed towards town on West Ave. and made a stop in at the Veterans Memorial Park where we read all the names on the Memorial Wall and then we headed to his grave in the Crossville City Cemetery. We played TAPS while we were their honoring him. We then headed back to main street and then headed back towards the house. We had a great walk. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero. We had 325 honks. It was amazing. I also want to thank Marine SGT Logan Delanoy for helping us honor this hero today.
