It was a great honor to hike 2.80 Miles with Army Veteran Codey W. Donahue. We had a great day for a hike. We watched the sun come up before we headed out. We hiked the Byrd Creek Trail in the Cumberland Mountain State Park. It was an amazing hike. We got to hear the water in several spots and we watched birds and squirrels in along the trail. Today was hike number six of our 22 hikes this winter. I want to thank Donna for helping me honor this hero today. I also want to thank SPC Jordan Neal, PO3 Ommy Molina II, SPC Jonathan Bryant, HT2 Michael Fonseca, SRA Ollie Faure, PV2 Joshua Dommes, LCPL Le’Braun Hamilton, CPL Wyatt Hatcher, SGT Adam Laporte, SGT James Wilson Jr, SGT Ryan Isom, PV2 Joshua Dommes, SGT Logan DeLanoy, PFC Morgan Daly, GM1 Matthew Austin, LCPL Mathew Kenna, SPC Luke Blissett, SFC Jonathan Langford, SGT Eriq Aquino, SRA Zachary Rayl, CPL Timothy Sneden for helping us honor this hero today.
