Our hike today was dedicated in honor of:

Army SGT Dylan Joseph Holley, Age 28 Of Topeka, KS.
Died Sep. 17, 2023

After graduating from Topeka High in 2013, Dylan pursued his dream of joining the United States Marine Corps where he served as a 1371 Combat Engineer. Following the Marines, Dylan was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army. He served his country with pride, giving of himself as he did throughout his entire life. A warrior soul whose presence was felt by all who knew him.

Dylan continues to be loved by his wife and best friend, and daughters. His loving parents and Siblings. Grandparents and Great-Grandparents. As well as a host of beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and brothers in arms.

He will be missed by many.

It was a great honor to hike 1.05 Miles with Army SGT Dylan Joseph Holley on the Glastowbury Nature Trail in Fairfield Glade, TN. today. I have never hike this trail so it was a first. We started out by the lake, beautiful view. We walked up to the Picnic Rock and had a little lunch. We then continued up some rock steps and worked our way up and up. They even had a high point elevation sign. It was an amazing trail. I want to thank Donna and Candy for helping me honor this hero today. I also want to thank these heros for helping me honor this hero today.
