It was a great honor to walk 5.74 Miles with Marine LCPL, Army SPC Christian Sanchez. As we headed East on Sparta Hwy we watched the sun coming up. We took West Ave and headed towards town. We walked by the Fire Station and then made our way over to Main Street. We made a stop in the Veterans Memorial Park and read some names of our Fallen Brothers up on the Memorial Wall. We then made our way to the Train Depot and then continued North. We made a stop at Tractor Supply at the booth for MS Senior Cumberland County Veterans Food Drive and donated some money. Got some photos and got to visit with a couple of great friends. We then continued back down Sparta Hwy and headed home. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero. We had 209 honks. It was amazing. I also want to thank Army SPC Jordan Neal for helping us honor this hero. It was amazing.
