It was a great honor to walk 5.82 Miles today. We walked by Holiday Hills Lake and then we made our way by the Fire Station and made a stop in at the Veterans Memorial Park. While we were at the park we met a great guy named Michael. His father was a veteran and so one day we will honor him with a walk as well. It was really great getting to talk with Michael on what we do. We took some photo’s and walked a little around town and then headed north and turned at the Bakery and headed back towards the house. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping us honor this hero. We had 140 honks today. I also want to thank Army SGT James Wilson Jr for joining us on our walk and I want to thank Brandy and all the boys for joining us today on this amazing walk.

Army Veteran Charles McCune will not be forgotten !
