We made a stop in at the American Legion and met with several Veterans. We then headed towards town and made a stop in at the Veterans Memorial Park. Before reaching home we got to talk to a couple people and let them know what we were doing and we got to talk about Navy BMSN Lucian J. Woods and what branch of service he was in and why I was walking with him. It was a great honor to walk with him. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero. We had 307 honks today. It was amazing.
