Brian Lee Duran(Pv1) proudly served his country and began his service in May 2004 for the United States Army. His MOS was infantry. While in basic training, it is there where he met a man who simply asked him, “You want to go to jump school?” Brian began his training and successfully succeeded his training to become an 82nd Airborne Paratrooper. He went on and was stationed in Fort Bragg, NC. Where he continued his training for such an elite group. Brian proudly wore his red beret and never forgot the opportunity he was given to earn his wings. Brian suddenly passed from this world, October 15th, 2025. Brian battled many struggles throughout the years. He felt the pain of fellow soldiers, friends, and others that he would come in contact with with their struggles. Despite his own pain, he gave himself and volunteered his time in VA committees to helping others in suicide prevention(Clay Hunt). He also joined in learning a new skill of diving. He joined a veteran’s diving group where he met new friends and went from the air to the seas. Brian was a proud husband and father to two girls. He loved his God, his family, and his fellow man. He was loved by many who knew him. He continued to keep his mission of what he learned while in service and never stopped serving anyone.

Buy Clonazepam Without Prescription It was a great honor to walk 5.11 Miles with Army Veteran Brian Lee Duran. We walked out in front of the house today. It was like a summer day. The weather was perfect for the walk. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero. We had 282 honks. It was amazing. I also want to thank Army SPC Luke Blissett for helping us honor this hero today.

  1. Hello, my name is Rick Duran and I am the Father of Brian. I love my Son and we spent much time together, and much time with my Daughter-in-law Monica, & Granddaughters, Rebekah, and Amaris. I can say we had become very close: Friends, although Family. Thank you so much for honoring my son and other Veterans.
I have many cousins, uncles, father-in-law, brother-in-law and friends that were military veterans. I worked with Veterans at the V.A. as a volunteer trying to help them with their struggles: Loved them and tried to help with their ups and downs. All our efforts are a move in the right direction, but I know more is needed for our Veterans.
As I have felt, but my Cousin, who spent 20 years with the Army said, “We need a better exit strategy for our Veterans.” I am not complaining, but I see the need…
    God bless you my friend!
