We had a great 8.23 Mile walk today. We headed east on Sparta Hwy and made a stop at the Army National Guard to get a couple photos and then we headed up town to the War Memorial Park. We then headed to the Centennial Park where we hid his Rock in his memory. We then stopped in at The Cumberland County American Job Center and met with Eric and Martin who are with the Tennessee State Veterans Services. We had a great visit and then we made a stop at the Frost Cemetery to visit with a Veteran who was in WWII and Korean War. It was a beautiful day for a great walk. I want to thank my friend Robert for walking with us and I want to thank all who honked, waved, and saluted in helping us honor this hero. We had 231 honks today. Thank You !
