Bronze Star Medal, Air Medal

We had a great 8.45 Mile walk this morning. We started out by walking by Holiday Hills Lake. We then headed up town to the War Memorial Park where we read some names on the Memorial Wall. We then headed towards Centennial Park and we made a stop at the 9/11 Memorial before heading home. We found a painted rock today while we were out walking. We left it for someone else to find. Looked like a very special hand painted rock. I want to thank my friend Robert for walking with us today and I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping us honor this hero. We had 122 honks today. It was amazing. Thank you.

Army CW3 Matthew Ruffner will not be forgotten !
