Was a very brisk 36 degrees. We stopped and watched a couple of ducks swimming on Holiday Hills Lake. We then walked by Garrison Park as we headed up town to the War Memorial Park. After reading several names on the Memorial Wall we headed out East First Street. We made a stop and visited over 20 WWII Veterans in the Crossville City Cemetery. Just before we made it home we got to visit with a Vietnam Veteran and we got to share David’s story. I want to thank everyone who honked, waved, and saluted in helping me honor this hero today. We had 194 honks today. It was amazing. Thank you.
